If you are interested in the idea of having a postnatal doula but still a bit unsure, I would like to invite you to get in touch with me for an informal chat.

We can work out if the support that you require is what I can provide, if I am the right fit for your family, and if it sounds like what you and your family could benefit from.

Fees

A Postnatal Doula session lasts for 3 hours. and costs £30ph These sessions are for me to support you in creating your ideal environment, whatever your situation.

A Postnatal Planning session lasts for approximately 2 hours and costs £50. Planning can be used antenatally to prepare for the postnatal period, or used after the birth of your baby to determine what areas of consideration to really focus on.

Hours of Work

Generally, I work between 10:00 and 14:00 , Monday to Friday, term time, however if you have specific requirements outside of these hours, we can discuss them and see if an alternative arrangement can be reached.

My Commitment to You

When booking me before your baby is born, I will clear my diary to allow for my commitment 2 weeks before your expected due date and 2 weeks after. You will be my priority and I will ensure that whatever happens, I will be ready when you are.

You will have full control over how to take your sessions, and we can work together to ensure that you get the absolute maximum benefit from our sessions together.

Back To Work -

This is a short one week package to be used when a partner goes back to work after parental leave, and it provides you calm transitional support as you enter into the next stage of your parental journey.

Investment 1 - 5 sessions (3hrs per session) £90 - £420

Power Hour -

This session does exactly what it says on the tin! One hour of virtual or in-person support practical, emotional or informational support, to take entirely how you wish.

Investment £20 via Zoom, £35 in-person (within a 5 mile radius of RG8 8AQ)

Virtual -

3hrs of Virtual Postnatal Doula Support to be taken over one week (Monday to Friday)

This virtual package offers you emotional support, guidance through any queries or concerns you may have (no question is a silly question!) and signposting for further information.
